By using VBTM ("Volleyball Tournament Manager"), including its website and SMS notification service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
VBTM is a tournament management platform for high school volleyball events. It provides:
SMS notifications are entirely optional. By entering your phone number and completing the verification process, you expressly consent to receive text messages from VBTM regarding tournament match updates for your selected team.
Message frequency varies based on tournament activity. You may receive up to 100 messages per team subscription during a tournament. Messages include match start notifications, score updates, close game alerts, referee assignments, and tournament experience feedback requests.
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from VBTM, or by using the unsubscribe option on the tournament status page. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. You may re-subscribe at any time by completing the verification process again.
VBTM does not charge for SMS notifications. However, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Tournament data including schedules, scores, and standings are entered by tournament staff and are provided on an "as-is" basis. VBTM does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information.

The VBTM platform and its original content are the property of the service operators. Tournament data belongs to the respective tournament organizers.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
